“We opted for the board and train option having an overly enthusiastic Labrador puppy. Whilst friendly, he was in need of basic obedience training. We had followed a click to heel program at home but his recall amongst other behaviours was poor. We really wanted him to be able to be off the lead. Jess was brilliant.
